| Fee Payment Rules |
Basically Fee is payable in Two Advance Installments i.e. (Sep. to Jan.) & (Feb. to Jun.). However, parents are given the facility of payment on Monthly Basis as well.
Facility of payment on Monthly Basis does not affect the basic fee structure; full term fee is payable in the case of admission or withdrawal during the term.
IGCSE and A’ Level Students will not be entitled to make payment on monthly basis after January. They are required to pay the 2nd installment full in advance and clear all School dues maximum by 10th of February. |

| Transport facility |
Optional & only available on the Advance Payment of Full Term Transport Fee.
Full Term Transport Fee is payable even if the bus is utilized for a part of the Term. For cancellation of Transport
Service minimum TEN (10) Days Advance Notice is required before the expiry of the Term, otherwise next Term Transport Fee will be charged in full. In case if Transport is required for a Short Term Period due to emergency circumstances minimum payment for Jeddah would be SR. 250/- per month & for Makkah SR.300/- per month. Even if the Bus is utilized for a part of a month, full month fee is payable. |

| Fine & Penalties |
Payment can be made up to 10th of the month without incurring any fine. If fee is not paid by the 10th of the month, it will incur a fine of SR. 3/- per child per day.
If the Fee remains unpaid till 20th of the month, the student will be suspended, in such case School Bus will not collect the student (if applicable) and student will not be allowed in the School till the clearance of outstanding fee. If the Fee remains unpaid till the end of the month, the student will be expelled from the School. If the School Fee is paid after the student is expelled SR. 500/- rejoining fee will be charged.

| This is a fixed policy therefore no further reminders will be sent and no discussion entered into. |
In case of one-month absence without information or leaving School without appropriate notice Security will be withheld & admission will be cancelled.
Re-admission will be subject to the availability of seat and re-payment of all admission dues, fee defaulters will not be allowed admission or continuity of studies in the School till all School dues are paid. |

| Clearance Procedures |
To apply for Certificates & Result Cards, clearance is required from the School; clearance is subject to the return of School books & belongings and on full payment of outstanding dues/ fines.
Parents who wish to withdraw their children are required to inform minimum FIFTEEN (15) Days in Advance, it will facilitate the timely receiving of SLC & Security Refund Cheque.
If withdrawal notice is received after the beginning of new term, clearance will be issued on the payment of full term fee for that term or otherwise School will not issue SLC and Security Deposit will be withheld.
School will not issue Certificates and Result Cards in case of outstanding fee. |
