Procedure & Criteria for Admission I Uniform & Dress Code

Admission are open to the wards of Pakistani Community on first come first serve basis on condition that admission criteria is met as per the School policy and local rules.

Procedure & Criteria for Admission

Students with legal residential status (Iqama holders) can apply for the admission. Students must qualify the School Entrance Test.

Students coming from other schools in Saudi Arabia are required to submit previous School Leaving Certificate duly attested by the Ministry of Education. Other requirements are stated on admission form.

STEP 1
Please obtain School Admission Form & Prospectus.
Admission Form & Prospectus are available in the Account office at PISJ-ES.

STEP 2
Please contact Admission office and submit student information. Test and Interview time will be given by the School Admission Office on submission of required student data, subject to availability of a seat.

STEP 3
Student will be eligible to appear for the Entrance Test/ interview after the payment of Entrance Test Fee (SR. 50/-) in the Account Office. Based on the Test result the decision regarding the acceptance & placement of the student will be conveyed to the parents as soon as possible.

STEP 4
Once accepted, Submission of complete Admission Form, required Registration Documents, necessary Tuition Fee Payments and scheduling will follow.

STUDENT ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

Please furnish all information requested on the Admission Form. Incomplete Admission Forms will cause a delay in the admission process.

Please record your child’s full name as it appears on his/her passport.

For acceptance of admission and enrollment in class, the following documents must be submitted:

IGCSE Options 2008 – 2009 (YEAR-9) (Option Form)

Admission Criteria For A Levels

		Completed Admission Forms.
		Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate.
		Copy of the student’s passport.
		Copy of Residence Permit/ID (Iqama) (student must be shown on parents’ Iqama). If the Iqama is under process, please provide as soon as possible.
		Copy of the student’s Vaccination/ Immunization Certificate.
		(4) passport sized photos of the student
		Previous Reports Cards (if applicable/ not required for Nursery students).
		If Students are coming from a school in Saudi Arabia, they must submit all official transcripts (duly attested by Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia) for a minimum of two years prior to application for admission to PISJ-ES. Students entering during the school year must also submit school records for the current year-to-date.
		If Students are transferring from a school outside Saudi Arabia, their Report Cards & Transcripts must be authenticated by the Saudi Embassy in the country in which the student last attended the school.
		A School Leaving Certificate from the previous school (stating the date of enrollment, the grade completed, the result at the end of that grade and the date of withdrawal).
		The School Leaving Certificate must be attested by the KSA Ministry of Education if the student is coming from another school within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
		Character Certificate signed by the previous School Principal.

Note : PISJ-ES reserves the right to deny admission or continued education if documentation for admission has been falsified or withheld.

Entrance Test

	The Admission In-Charge will assess the Student information and related documents and will set an appointment for the Entrance Test.
	Entrance Test Fee of SR 50/- (nonrefundable) must be paid in the Account Office prior to the test.
	Test will be followed by the student’s interview.
	Admission will be subject to the Entrance Test result/ fulfilling of School criteria.
	The Admission In-Charge will inform the parents the admission test result and School decision within 3 to 4 days after testing.
	On Acceptance of admission complete Admission Form along with all required documents must be submitted and Admission fee must be paid.

Note: All Students granted admission to PISJ-ES will be placed on a one-month probationary period for evaluation of admission and placement decision.

Fees, Tuition Payments and Approvals

Please Contact Account Office for the payment of School Fees.

Students will be allowed in the class only after the payment of Admission Dues and Tuition Fee.
